Controlled email ingestion
Generate tenant inbound addresses, quarantine unknown senders, and approve one message, sender, or domain before replaying ingestion. Raw .eml downloads and extracted links support verification flows.
03 — Ledger
Expense + income workspaces
Dedicated expense and income pages let you create, edit, category-tag, and maintain record statuses with source linkage. The model is optimized for ongoing monthly bookkeeping, not one-time cleanup.
04 — Banking
Mercury sync + matching
Connect Mercury, test credentials, sync account activity, and run reconciliation. Match bank transactions to expense/income entries, track unresolved items, and capture handling notes.
05 — Review
Quick questions, not giant queues
High-confidence classifications can auto-accept. Lower-confidence records open concise yes/no review cards, including category approval when AI proposes new categories.
06 — Reporting
Statement + ZIP export workflow
Generate tenant statements with totals and review status, then export year-scoped ZIP packages with structured data, ledger CSV, and supporting source documents for pass-through year-end handoff.
